On the happening of an event that may lead to a claim the same is to be reported to the company as soon as possible. The intimation of the claim may be done by completing the following interim claim notification form. Claim notification is a policy condition precedent to admission of liability under the policy.

- The immediate/ quick submission of all the required documents / information is strongly advised to enable insurers to process the claim expeditiously.
- If possible, one should take & produce photographs of the scene before it is disturbed to support the loss / damage.
- The insured has a duty to take measures to minimize the loss
- The insured should always preserve our recovery rights by immediately addressing a demand letter to the persons responsible for causing the loss / damage
